- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats (not quick oats)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Pour water and uncooked rolled oats into a medium microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave the oats and water on high for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove the bowl from the microwave, stir it and microwave the oats for another 30 seconds if the water is not absorbed and the oats are not tender. (Microwave the oats in 30 second intervals until they reach the tenderness level you desire).
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter + 1 Tbsp Goji Berries + 1/2 TBSP Chia Seeds
1/4 Apple (diced) + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 packet stevia (all ingredients added PRIOR to microwaving oatmeal)
