Turkey & Avocado Breakfast Sandwich

Serving: 1 Sandwich
Ingredients:
  • 1 whole wheat sandwich thin
  • 3 slices of turkey deli meat
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 2 Tbsp hummus
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
Directions:
  1. Toast the sandwich thin in the toaster (optional).
  2. Spread the hummus on the bottom piece of bread. Layer on the turkey, arugula, avocado. Close the sandwich and enjoy!
