- 2 heads lettuce
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 3 green onions, cut into 1/8″ slices
- 1/2 head small red cabbage, shredded
- Wonton crisps (optional)
- Almonds (optional)
- Sesame-ginger dressing
- Combine the lettuce, carrots, edamame, and green onions in a large bowl.
- Serve the salad with the wonton crisps (omit if gluten-free), almonds, and dressing on the side.
