Moroccan Spiced Rice

Serving Size: 4 side dishes (about 2/3 cup of rice each)
  • 1 cup Basmati or long-grain rice
  • 1 3/4 cup chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1tsp salt
  1. Rinse the rice with water to clean off all the excess film.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a rice cooker and cook according to your machine.
  3. Clap (because that was so easy) and ENJOY!
