- 1 cup Basmati or long-grain rice
- 1 3/4 cup chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1tsp salt
- Rinse the rice with water to clean off all the excess film.
- Place all of the ingredients into a rice cooker and cook according to your machine.
- Clap (because that was so easy) and ENJOY!
