Making homemade whipped cream is much easier than it seems. It only requires two ingredients, cream and sugar, and an electric mixer. Just make sure your heavy cream is really cold!
Serving Size: 1-1/2 cups
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- Electric Hand/Stand Mixer
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat the cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
